Wang Ying, director of the Yuexi County Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, Wang Yisheng, full-time deputy director of the Yuexi County Agricultural Office, and Liu Jun, director of the Yuexi County Characteristic Agricultural Service Center, accompanied the visit.
The expert team first came to Xingwei Planting and Breeding Cooperative in Lianyun Modern Sericulture Industrial Park – Wansangyou No. 1 Variety Promotion Demonstration Base, and inspected the planting of Wansang series of new mulberry tree varieties selected by Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences Sericulture Condition. Then they came to the Silui Intelligent Mechanized Sericulture Base in Laibang Town and observed the facilities and equipment of the intelligent management system of the silkworm room. The experts unanimously praised the smart sericulture project in Laibang Town. At Yuexi County Siyuan Ecological Agriculture Co., Ltd., the experts visited the production line of a series of sericulture comprehensive utilization products such as mulberry branches, black fungus, mulberry leaf tea, and mulberry sprouts, and provided valuable opinions on the extension of the sericulture industry chain. and suggestions. Finally, at the mulberry orchard demonstration base in Guanhe Village, the experts gave a scientific judgment and analysis on the reasons proposed by the silkworm farmers for the large area of mulberry branches dying during the planting process, and patiently explained the solutions and remedial measures to the silkworm farmers, and Issues and key points that need to be paid attention to in the future planting process are given.
This trip to Yuexi is an in-depth exchange and learning between the Hefei Comprehensive Experiment Station of the National Sericulture Industry Technology System and the Yantai Comprehensive Experiment Station, the Northern Shaanxi Ecological Mulberry Comprehensive Experiment Station and the Hotan Comprehensive Experiment Station.
