In 2022, under the severe situation of the downturn of the textile and garment industrial economy, Pingnan County issued the “Pingnan County Textile and Garment Enterprises to Commence Production in 2022 to Support and Reward Implementation Plan”, fully supporting the acceleration of the production of textile and apparel enterprises to achieve results, the construction of China (Guigang) Textile and Apparel Fashion New District (Pingnan Region) has achieved significant results, and the 15th Global Textile and Apparel Supply Chain Conference was held in Pingnan County. In 2022, 14 textile and garment companies will be introduced, with an investment of 3.140 billion yuan and a project area of approximately 845 acres.
In order to speed up project construction, the County Textile and Garment Industry Development Center has carried out activities such as “Secretary’s Front-line Office for Difficult Issues” and “County Chief’s Service Enterprise Day” as carriers to implement a division-level leader contact enterprise system and a major project administrative manager system , and give full play to the role of the center, extending its service reach to the front lines such as parks and projects, taking the initiative to work and coordinate on-site, providing “one-stop” and “mom-style” services to enterprises settled in the park, and coordinating project approval and construction issues, enterprises Factors guarantee and other aspects fully support enterprises to speed up construction and put into production. In the first quarter of this year, 7 companies in the Fashion New District started construction, 6 new companies achieved trial production, and all the companies in production reached full production.
