At the meeting, the Municipal Textile and Garment Industry Office reported on the feasibility study on the development of the textile printing and dyeing industry in Ganzhou City; Jiangsu ProvincialTextile Industry Design Research Institute Co., Ltd. reported Preparation status of the report; review experts reviewed the report and gave modification opinions; relevant municipal units and five counties (cities) in the industrial belt made additional speeches based on unit functions and local realities; the expert group believed that the preparation of the report basically complied with the standards , after modification and improvement, it can be used as the basis for industrial development decisions. I agree with the research conclusion of “suspension of development” in the report, and in principle agree to conclude the report.

The meeting believed that Ganzhou City has carried out feasibility studies on textile printing and dyeing, conducted multiple inspections and surveys in five counties (cities) in the industrial belt, coastal and inland areas, repeatedly solicited opinions from relevant municipal units, experts and scholars, and comprehensively considered water resources. , environmental capacity, heating and gas supply, printing and dyeing technology and other constraints, it is scientific and prudent to draw the conclusion of “suspension of development”.

The meeting pointed out that it is necessary to improve the political position, resolutely implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions on the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt to “grasp large-scale protection and not engage in large-scale development”, and implement the provincial-level measures for Ganzhou City’s textile and garment industry According to the planning and positioning, the printing and dyeing industry and projects will not be introduced for the time being. It is necessary to deeply explore the market segments of the industry chain and avoid being greedy for big things.

The meeting requested that the follow-up work of the review meeting should be actively carried out. The five counties (cities) in the industrial belt should firmly establish the textile and apparel first (leading) industry, focus on technological empowerment and brand building, and make every effort to promote industry doubling and upgrading. It is necessary to solve the procurement needs of enterprises by cooperating with Quanzhou, Shaoxing and other places and building a noodle and auxiliary materials market.
