In order to make the textile industry bigger and stronger, the main leaders of Qiyang City regularly schedule project construction, factor guarantees, smooth logistics, and enterprise assistance, etc., so that enterprises can enter Qi without “obstacles”, develop without “difficulties”, and operate with ease. “worry”. From January to November, 7 new textile companies were introduced, including 3 with investments of more than 1 billion yuan. At the same time, we vigorously carried out the “Hundred Cadres Joining Hundreds of Enterprises” campaign to solve problems such as financing, land use, electricity consumption, and environmental protection, and promote the implementation of a package of policies to stabilize the economy. Since the beginning of this year, we have helped enterprises solve 126 problems, issued 2.94 million yuan in job stabilization subsidies, and implemented 212 million yuan in tax refunds for retained credits. In addition, the government organizes banks and textile enterprises to carry out bank-enterprise docking, special financing and “double promotion, double promotion” and other marriage activities. This year, the textile industry has signed a credit agreement of 2.38 billion yuan and received 1.69 billion yuan of funds, injecting “financial vitality” into the development of the textile industry.
