The construction of digital scenario application of “textile pattern digital governance” is an important measure for Keqiao District to seize the opportunities of digital reform, continuously improve the textile industry pattern copyright protection system, optimize the market business environment, and promote the healthy development of the textile creative industry. This scenario application covers online pattern registration, blockchain filing and certificate storage, AI self-service plagiarism checking, financial services, judicial trials, rights protection mediation and other functions.
