Since Yuli Lihua Textile Co., Ltd. was put into operation in August this year, the company has opened a production line based on actual conditions, mainly producing 40-count combed cotton and 60-count combed cotton with good market prospects, mainly used for garment making. and weaving.

Director Zhao Baozhong of Yuli Lihua Textile Co., Ltd. said: “Since the factory started production in August, it has produced 9 tons of cotton yarn per day. So far, it has produced 600 tons. Currently, we have adopted a two-shift operation system and are rushing to process orders from Foshan.”

In order to improve production efficiency and reduce labor intensity, Yuli Lihua Textile Co., Ltd. also selected an automatic baling machine. Currently, the company is actively opening a second production line to produce 8,000 tons of cotton yarn throughout the year, which can help 200 local people achieve stable employment.

Zhao Baozhong, director of Yuli Lihua Textile Co., Ltd., said: “Our second production line is expected to be officially put into use at the end of January 2023. By then, we will produce combed 64-count pure cotton yarn, with a daily output of 18 tons and a monthly production of 18 tons. The volume is about 650 tons.”
