On November 26, the Shandong Provincial ProductQuality Inspection and Research Institute held a meeting to evaluate the results of the implementation of the GB 12014-2019 “Protective Clothing Anti-static Clothing” standard. The meeting was organized by Shandong National Standards and Technical Review Center.
GB 12014-2019 “Protective Clothing Anti-static Clothing”, which will be implemented on July 1, 2020, is my country’s current mandatory national standard. The Shandong National Standards and Technical Review Center has implemented the “National Standardization Development Outline” in depth. The “Implementation Opinions of the People’s Government of Shandong Province on Implementing the “National Standardization Development Outline” and Promoting the Innovative Development of Standardization” promotes the implementation of the national standardization strategy and entrusts the Shandong Provincial Quality Inspection Institute to evaluate the implementation effect of this standard.
In order to smoothly advance the work, the Shandong Provincial Quality Inspection Institute formulated the “Work Plan for Evaluation of the Implementation Effect of GB 12014-2019 “Protective Clothing Anti-static Clothing”. After more than 2 months of work, it investigated the development and development of anti-static clothing. Industry overview, by soliciting expert opinions and issuing questionnaires to production companies, consumers, and testing institutions, we obtained information on the implementation and application of the standard, the promotion of anti-static clothing quality, and the economic benefits of production companies.
At the closing meeting, 10 experts from domestic testing institutions, universities, industry associations, manufacturing companies, and consumers reviewed the project research results. After strict review by the expert group, it was unanimously believed that the Shandong Provincial Quality Inspection Institute has successfully completed this evaluation work. The “GB 12014-2019 Implementation Effect Evaluation Report” written has a reasonable framework and rich content, starting from standard technical indicators. A reasonable and objective standard implementation effect evaluation was carried out on the standards from three aspects: standard implementation status and standard implementation benefits. The current status of anti-static clothing standards and product quality levels were analyzed. The existence of standards was analyzed and summarized through questionnaire surveys, expert discussions, surveys, etc. problems, and put forward suggestions for improvements in the development of protective clothing products, accumulating experience for the evaluation of the implementation effects of strong standards again in the future. After review, the expert group unanimously believed that the project had completed the work objectives of national standard implementation effect evaluation and agreed to pass the final acceptance.
By evaluating the implementation effect of GB 12014-2019 “Protective Clothing Anti-static Clothing”, the technical indicators and related test methods of this standard meet the requirements of market development, and are more advanced in terms of anti-static performance indicators and point-to-point resistance. , through the implementation of this standard, the product quality of anti-static clothing has been improved and the development of the industry has been promoted.
