Consumers should identify the pros and cons when purchasing silk products. They can pay attention to the following aspects:
1. Consumers should try their best to purchase products from regular manufacturers in large shopping malls, supermarkets, and specialty stores to avoid purchasing “three-no products.”
2. When purchasing, you should pay attention to whether the product identification content is complete, and also check whether the hang tag and washing mark are consistent.
3. When purchasing silk products, pay attention to whether the surface is flat and smooth, whether there is fluff, dust damage, stains, etc., and whether there are any defects or holes.
4. Real silk has a slightly scratchy feeling, and when rubbed against each other, a crisp sound can be heard, which is “silk sound”.
5. When the fabric threads are extracted and ignited, the smell of burnt hair is real silk, and the smell of plastic is chemical fiber.
