On the afternoon of December 3, Ma Xueliang, Secretary of the Turpan Municipal Party Committee, and his delegation visited Ruihong Textile, Phase II of the Turpan Project of Digital World Industrial Technology, to investigate the construction of the 500,000-spindle smart spinning project and the progress of the 1 million-spindle project. Shan Liping, secretary of the Gaochang District Party Committee, and others participated in the investigation, and Zhang Yadong, director of the Ruihong Textile Project, accompanied the investigation.

At the site of Ruihong Textile’s 500,000-spindle pure cotton spinning project, Secretary Ma Xueliang and his party inspected the project construction progress on the spot, learned about the company’s production and operations in detail, and listened to a report on the planning and advancement of the subsequent 1 million-spindle project. Secretary Ma Xueliang expressed concern about the impact of the epidemic on the project process. He encouraged Ruihong Textile to strengthen its confidence in development, always adhere to the “two-pronged approach” of epidemic prevention and control and project construction, strive to overcome the impact of the epidemic, integrate superior resources, and do fine market segmentation , forming a scale agglomeration effect.

Secretary Ma Xueliang emphasized that it is necessary to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, accurately grasp the new development stage, thoroughly implement new development concepts, actively integrate into the new development pattern, build modern parks, strengthen advantageous industries, and continuously enhance the ability to support the industrial economy. He also stated that the government will continue to provide support to enterprises as always, do its best to solve the problems and difficulties faced by enterprises, and give full play to the joint efforts of government and enterprises in promoting the development of local industries.

The second phase of the Turpan project, Ruihong Textile’s 500,000 spindle cotton spinning project, has a total investment of 2 billion yuan and is expected to be fully put into operation in 2023; the third phase of the 1 million spindle project, with a total investment of 4 billion yuan, is expected to be put into production in 2024. After the project’s production capacity is fully put into operation, it will create more than 6,000 jobs in Turpan and increase output value to tens of billions, boosting the local industrial economy. >Achieve highqualitydevelopment.
