In view of the unfavorable situation of continued high temperature and drought this summer and autumn, high incidence of mulberry diseases and insect pests, frequent crop pesticide use, and many hidden dangers to the safety of autumn silkworm production, the Municipal Sericulture Center requires: strengthen service guidance, and make every effort to provide technical services for autumn silkworms throughout the process; Strengthen anti-virus security and create a strong atmosphere of anti-virus security and safe production through publicity, coordination, notification, prompts, supervision and other methods; strengthen prevention and control of silkworm diseases, starting from the joint breeding of young silkworms, and implement various disease prevention measures; strengthen mulberry disease Insect prevention and control, focusing on mulberry borer, adopts methods such as manual capture and regional zoning to control pests, reduce the base number of pests in mulberry fields, increase the quality of mulberry leaves, and ensure the high quality of autumn silkworms Highly productive and efficient. The meeting made suggestions on the acquisition of Qiu Yu by Minxing Company. This year, nearly 80,000 autumn silkworm seeds are expected to be produced in the city. The harvest and breeding of autumn silkworms will begin on September 2 and will be available at the end of September.
