U16 grade high-efficiency filter material for microelectronics industry

With the development of science and technology, some filter materials are emerging one after another. There are many filter materials on the market now, and U16 high-efficiency filter materials are one of them.

High-efficiency filters are available in three styles: without partitions, with partitions, and combined. They have relatively good filtration effects and are widely used in microelectronics industry, precision instrumentation, medical care, bioengineering, pharmaceuticals, clean rooms, and purification. It can also be used as a terminal air filter in clean rooms, high-efficiency air supply outlets, purification workbenches, air showers and other purification equipment.

U16 grade high-efficiency filter material is made of polytetrafluoroethylene (ptfe) material through special processes such as mixing, extrusion, extrusion, calendering, and biaxial stretching.

The porosity of this membrane can reach more than 88% or even higher, and this membrane has 1.4 billion micropores per square centimeter, with a pore size ranging from 0.1um to 0.5um. The high-efficiency filter paper has high and low temperature resistance ( -200℃-260℃), no aging, no splitting, no discoloration, and strong weather resistance after long-term use.

The U16-level high-efficiency filter material is prepared using a unique biaxial stretching technology, which can ensure complete retention of impurities such as bacteria and has a large flux.

The material is resistant to high temperatures, strong acids and alkalis, and has wide chemical applicability. When used for gas filtration, it can achieve 100% retention of various phages, bacteria and particles above 0.02um.

PTFE microporous membrane has high filtration efficiency and can meet the filtration efficiency level requirements of sub-high efficiency, high efficiency and ultra high efficiency air filters.
