Small batch orders (within 1,000 meters) can only be processed with digital printing, but the penetration effect of digital printing is much worse than that of traditional printing, and defects such as yarn turning and whitening are prone to occur when making clothing. As an equipment manufacturer, flying ships have no chance to influence the perception of end customers, and processors have no incentive to change the status quo. Who is willing to give up the opportunity to easily make money and go to the trouble of promoting a new technology?
Although technical difficulties and market difficulties are not easy to overcome, Flying Ship has continuously invested a large amount of research and development funds and promotion funds for simultaneous double-sided printing technology over the past 18 years, and finally ushered in the Japanese market in 2015 for single- and double-sided printing.
