(1) Mixing cotton bales

It is suitable for pure cotton spinning, purified fiber spinning, and chemical fiber blended yarn. Due to the difference in the tightness of the cotton bales, the beaters have different grabbing abilities in different places. This mixing method makes the cleaning and carding process smooth and easy to manage, but the blending ratio is difficult to control and the blending effect is slightly poor. When blended fibers have large differences in waste, it is more difficult to control the blending ratio.
(2) Sliver blending
Different types of fibers are blown, carded, and combed ( The method of mixing the chemical fiber into slivers on the draw frame is called sliver mixing, and is suitable for blending cotton and chemical fibers. This method is conducive to controlling the blending ratio and mixing evenly, but it requires three drawing processes.
(3) Weighing and mixing
The method of mixing several fiber components according to the mixing ratio is called Weighing blending is suitable for chemical fiber blends with high blending ratio requirements.
(4) Two-step mixing
When weaving fiber/cotton blends or polypropylene/cotton blends, in order to make the blend ratio Accurately, slivers are used for blending, but the spinnability of pure vitamin and pure acrylic is poor. Therefore, a small amount of cotton can be mixed with vitamin (c) first to produce a blended sliver of vitamin/cotton (acrylic/cotton), and then mixed with pure cotton sliver Mixing a sufficient proportion of slivers is a two-step method of mixing.
