After the water-jet woven fabric comes off the machine, if you do not pay attention to many details during post-inspection and transportation, it will pose a considerable threat to the quality of the finished product that is finally delivered to the customer (including the dyeing factory). Especially when the downstream printing and dyeing processing has special requirements for fabrics, it may happen that the results obtained from the purchase of raw materials and the painstaking processing of each process will be wasted.

Polyester The key points to control during the inspection and transportation of nylon fabrics after they are removed from the machine are:

(1) The principle that the cloth does not fall to the ground after being removed from the machine.

The cloth roll dropped from the loom must be placed directly on the special cloth dropping cart, and then the cloth cart is pulled straight out of the machine. Be careful not to collide with the machine to avoid getting stained. Oil stains on the surface of the machine, etc. In many factories, workers directly roll the cloth onto the ground, causing the surface of the cloth roll to be stained with mud, oil, and pulp stains on the ground. During the post-printing and dyeing finishing process, this part of the cloth can generally only be torn off and treated as waste cloth, resulting in a waste of at least tens of centimeters and as much as about 1 meter per roll of cloth. The long-term accumulation is a large number. Therefore, the cloth roll must not fall to the ground when dismounting the machine, which must be the principle of cloth dropping.

(2) Bundling of cloth rolls in transit.

After getting off the machine, use waste edge wire to tie the two ends of the cloth roll on a special cloth cart to avoid moving the cloth roll to the cloth inspection machine (or cloth drying machine) during transportation. At this time, the top end of the surface cloth is unrolled and scattered, and is subject to various contaminations.

(3) Protective measures must be taken when placing cloth on the pallet.

If the cloth drop pallet is stacked with cloth rolls in an exposed state, the following disadvantages will occur. ①The relevant pigments on the wooden board are stained on the cloth, making it impossible for the cloth to be dyed. ② When the iron nails on the wooden board are exposed (the pallet must be checked regularly and repaired in time), it is easy to scratch or puncture the gray fabric, sometimes up to several layers. ③Cracks, damage, etc. of the board itself will also damage the cloth. Therefore, the drop cloth pallet must be covered with waste cloth (fabric with good fastness such as Oxford cloth is better) or woven cloth. In addition, after the cloth roll is placed on the pallet, the entire cloth should be covered with waste cloth to avoid possible damage to the cloth due to sun, rain, etc.

(4) Sized fabrics must be dried (except for fabrics that are directly sent for dyeing).

Otherwise, the slurry on the warp threads will become mildewed over time. During the post-printing and dyeing process, the mold spots cannot be colored, so they must be bleached first. On the one hand, this will increase the cost. On the other hand, nylon is easy to oxidize. After bleaching treatment, the molecular structure will be destroyed and the physical properties will change, such as the strength is greatly reduced. Therefore, drying of sizing fabrics cannot be omitted.

(5) The cloth must not be damaged due to the inspection process.

In terms of maintenance and operation of the inspection machine or dryer, it must be ensured that the gray fabric is not scratched, hooked, or caused by scratches, weft skew, creases, etc. All cloth channels need to be inspected regularly, and there should be no burrs, cloth position deviation, shape variation and other undesirable conditions. The steel mesh of the drying cylinder of the cloth drying machine must be inspected and replaced regularly, and the tension device must maintain normal function. In particular, you must have a strong awareness of preventing weft creases during operation. For example, when the cloth ends are butted, they must not be simply knotted. Needles or iron needles must be used. </p
