Children in rural areas would be fine if they graduated from junior high school. After three years of apprenticeship, he entered this industry in his life.

Now the post-90s and post-00s generations have joined the textile printing and dyeing army. They have brought new technologies such as the Internet and e-commerce to the textile printing and dyeing industry, and others Doing live broadcasts, opening online stores, and doing clothing design have caused a gap in workers on the front line of textile printing and dyeing. Almost all textile printing and dyeing factories have been recruiting workers for many years.

After doing textile work for so many years, you will feel:

Workers need their wages to be paid in time, customers need it cheap, and businesses need profits. If you care about quality, please respect its price. If cheap is what you want, accept its pitfalls.

Treat customers We follow the same principles as our employees: only promote, don’t force, don’t exaggerate, don’t deceive, consult me, answer patiently, analyze objectively, lay out the advantages and disadvantages, the choice is yours.

The secret is: business is about “satisfying strangers”! Not only customers must be satisfied, but employees must also be satisfied. In fact, “strangers” are just like acquaintances and friends. They are all noble people in business. Use good products, prices and services to retain strangers, and strangers become my friends.

There is no textile printing and dyeing master, it’s just more hard work, more persistence, and more experimentation.

Having been in the textile business for so long, I have discovered that I will always be a service provider. The objects we serve are customers and employees. Don’t call me boss.
