Based on the need for prevention and control of pneumonia caused by the new coronavirus infection, Shanghai has launched a first-level response mechanism for major public health emergencies. The “Notice of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government on Further Strengthening the Prevention and Control of Pneumonia Epidemic of New Coronavirus Infection in Our City” requires that crowd gatherings be reduced as much as possible and all types of large-scale public events be cancelled.
In order to further prevent and control the epidemic, effectively protect the health and safety of exhibitors, visitors and related staff, and ensure the effectiveness of the exhibition, the exhibition was originally scheduled to be held at the Shanghai World Expo from April 8 to 10, 2020. Once the new exhibition period is determined, we will notify everyone as soon as possible and assist in arranging follow-up related work. At the same time, we will continue to do all the work to ensure that the effects of the postponed exhibition will not be affected.
