02 Weiqiao Textile Green Intelligent Integrated Production Line Project
The Weiqiao Textile Green Intelligent Integrated Production Line Project is a key project of Weiqiao Entrepreneurship Group to accelerate the conversion of old and new driving forces, promote corporate transformation and upgrading, and achieve high-quality development. It is also a follow-up to the construction in 2016 After the 125,000-spindle intelligent spinning production line, another green intelligent spinning and weaving integrated project was built in 2019.
The project is a new factory built on the basis of the demolition of the original factory. There is no new floor area, an investment of 820 million yuan, and a construction area of 85,000 square meters. Construction started in April 2019, and equipment started in September. It was installed, commissioned at the end of November, and put into production in December. It once again achieved the “Weiqiao speed” of civil construction in the same year, installation in the same year, and production in the same year.
The project all adopts the world’s most advanced production equipment, and is equipped with a powerful big data platform and advanced management system to achieve “intelligentization of the entire production process”, “intelligentization of the control system” and “informationization of online monitoring” “”Green manufacturing process.” It has an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons of high-end compact spinning yarn and 35 million yards of high-end fabrics.
The construction of this project has created many industry firsts:
