The surface of the feed roller adopts oblique grooves to ensure consistent contact between the feed roller and the feed plate.
Improve strength
(1) Pre-spinning: pay attention to the quality of raw cotton, control the average length at 26~28mm, and the linear density at 1.54~1.67dtex, maturity coefficient between 1.6~1.7. Improve the cleaning and impurity removal efficiency, carding degree of carding and fiber straightness of drawing.
(2) Rotor spinning: Reasonably arrange the spinning rotor cleaning cycle. Control the temperature and humidity of the workshop: in winter, the temperature is greater than 20 degrees Celsius, and the relative humidity is 60~65%; in summer, the temperature is less than 30 degrees Celsius, and the relative humidity is 65~70%. Master the twist of the finished yarn. Appropriately increase the tension draft without affecting tension breakage.
Reduce neps and impurities
(1) Pre-spinning: improve cleaning and carding impurity removal efficiency and control the impurity content of the card sliver No more than 0.15%.
(2) Rotor spinning: The opening roller remains sharp and smooth, with no missing teeth, no inverted teeth, and no flowers. Use a debris removal spinner and keep the debris removal channel clear.
Improve evenness
(1) Pre-spinning: improve impurity removal efficiency of blowing and carding unit and carding of cotton degree, fully eliminating large impurities, the maximum particle weight of impurities does not exceed 0.15mg, and preventing periodic unevenness equal to the circumference of the spinning rotor.
(2) Rotor spinning: Keep the channel smooth and clean, the exhaust branch pipe of the spinning cup is not blocked, and the opening roller must not have missing teeth, inverted teeth or flowers. The feeding plate should be properly pressurized.
Reduce end breaks
(1) Pre-spinning: Cotton cleaning strengthens dust removal and impurity removal, and improves the carding degree of the carding machine And cotton net clarity, reduce short staple rate.
(2) Rotor spinning: The sealing of the spinning device should be good, the spinning rotor should have sufficient vacuum, and the air supply window should always be kept clean.
