In terms of thermoelectric steam pipe network, the external pipe network totals about 21,000 meters, of which about 19,800 meters are currently completed; the on-site steam pipe network totals about 350 meters, all of which have been completed.

In addition to the cogeneration project, the road pipe network infrastructure project in the printing and dyeing park is also advancing in an orderly manner. At present, 22,260 meters of rainwater and sewage pipes and 21,400 meters of water supply pipes have been completed; the sections of Jing 1st, Jing 5th to 11th, Jing 4th Road, Jing 3rd Road, Wei 1st Road, Wei 6th Road, and Wei 7th Road have been put into trial operation. The pouring along the way has been completed; the construction of other road subgrades, pavement concrete surfaces, trails, street lights, and greening projects is intensifying.
