(3) Decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes: In this spot inspection, 4 products were judged to be unqualified for decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes. During long-term contact with the human body, the harmful components of the carcinogenic dyes involved in this project are absorbed by the skin and decompose under special conditions to produce more than 20 carcinogenic aromatic amines, forming carcinogenic aromatic amine compounds, which can easily cause harm to human health.
(4) pH value: In this spot check, 14 products were judged to be unqualified for the pH value item. This project is mainly to assess the acid-base degree of textiles. This project is unqualified. The product will destroy the surface balance of the skin during normal use, thereby causing skin allergies or inducing infections, which is not conducive to the health of human skin.
(5) Color fastness: In this spot check, 38 products were judged to be unqualified for color fastness, of which 6 were water fast and 4 were acid and perspiration resistant. Fastness, 4 models had color fastness to alkali perspiration, 3 models had color fastness to dry rubbing, 19 models had color fastness to wet rubbing, and 13 models had unqualified color fastness to light. This project mainly assesses the ability of the dyes on textiles to maintain their original color after being subjected to various factors (such as sun exposure, washing, sweat soaking, friction, etc.) during use. This project is unqualified. During the use of the product, the dye is easy to fall off and fade, affecting the appearance, and the shed dye molecules or heavy metal ions may be absorbed by the human body through the skin and endanger health.
(6) Pilling: In this random inspection, 5 products were judged to be unqualified for pilling. This project is mainly to assess the pilling degree of the product under external friction. The project was unqualified. The product was prone to fluffing and pilling, and its appearance was significantly worse. The friction, cohesion and wear resistance of the surface would also change differently, reducing the performance of the fabric.
(7) Flaws (joint performance): In this spot inspection, 44 products were judged to be unqualified for defects (joint performance). If this item fails, it will not only affect the appearance of the clothing, but more importantly, it will seriously reduce the wearing performance of the clothing.
(8) Seam strength of the crotch seam of trousers: In this spot inspection, 3 products were judged to be unqualified for the seam strength of the crotch seam of trousers. This project mainly assesses the taking performance of the product. If this item fails, it will not only affect the appearance of the clothing, but more importantly, it will seriously reduce the wearing performance of the clothing.
(9) Cashmere content: In this spot check, 2 products were judged to be unqualified for cashmere content. This project mainly assesses the consistency between the stated down content and actual down content of down products. The higher the velvet content, the better the warmth retention. If this item is not qualified, it will affect consumers’ purchase and use of the product, and directly damage the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
(10) Down content: In this spot inspection, 2 products were judged to be unqualified for down content. This project mainly assesses the content of components in down that can reflect the excellent properties of down. Down content is the part with the best thermal insulation performance in down, and it also represents the quality of down. If this item is not qualified, it will affect consumers’ purchase and use of the product, and directly damage the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
(11) Down filling amount: In this random inspection, 4 products were judged to be unqualified for down filling amount. This project mainly assesses whether the weight of down filled in the product is consistent with the actual weight. If the project is not up to standard, it will affect consumers’ purchase and use of the product and directly harm consumers’ legitimate rights and interests.
(12) Instructions for use (labeling): In this random inspection, 524 products were judged to be unqualified for the instructions for use (labeling). This project mainly assesses whether the product identification information meets standards or express requirements. If the project fails, consumers will lack the basis for correct use of the product, depriving consumers of their right to know about the product, and it is not conducive to the effective supervision of the product by the supervision department.
