Quota quantity: According to the details, the total amount of cotton import tariff quotas in 2021 is 894,000 tons, of which 33% is state-owned trade quotas.
Basic conditions for applicants: The basic conditions for enterprises applying for cotton import tariff quotas in 2021 are: 2020 Register with the market supervision and administration department before October 1; have good financial status, tax records and integrity; and have no violations of the “Interim Measures for the Administration of Agricultural Products Import Tariff Quotas”. Under the premise of meeting the above conditions, the applicant must also Meet one of the following conditions: (1) Cotton importing state-owned trading enterprise; (2) Cotton spinning enterprise with spinning equipment (self-owned) of 50,000 spindles or more; (3) Annual production capacity of cotton spunlace nonwovens (self-owned) There are) enterprises with a production capacity of 8,000 tons and above (the production line production capacity of spunlace machine equipment with a width less than or equal to 3 meters is recognized as 2,000 tons, and the production capacity of a production line with a width greater than 3 meters is recognized as 4,000 tons).
Apply Time limit: The applicant enterprise shall submit application materials to the entrusting agency at the place of registration between October 15 and October 30, 2020. The entrusting agency shall deliver the application materials to the National Development and Reform Commission (Government Service Hall) before November 15, 2020. And copy it to the Ministry of Commerce, and at the same time upload the information contained in the cotton import tariff quota application form to the import tariff quota management system for important agricultural products.
