After the texturing machine is arranged and put into production, the production management personnel must further check and adjust the machine. Then the process conditions are determined based on the provided POY and raw product specifications until the entire machine is stable and continues to produce qualified products.

The reasons for defects, uneven dyeing and other unqualified yarns in polyester low-elastic yarn are not only closely related to the quality of raw material POY and processing conditions, but also related to the intact state of the equipment. . For this reason, after equipment installation and empty trial operation, components such as the false twist deformation mechanism, heater or yarn guide must be adjusted one by one. During normal production, these components must be inspected and adjusted or improved at any time. This work is usually called spindle position management.

1 Adjustment of the friction false twist deformation mechanism
The rotation speed of the friction disc must be measured frequently with a flash tachometer. When abnormalities are found, check the following reasons.
1. The position and inclination of the transmission cassette. If the transmission cassette is in an improper position and presses against the belt pulley to run, the edges of the transmission cassette will be worn, which will not only shorten the life of the belt and belt pulley but also cause the spindle group to rotate at an irregular speed. uniform. If the surface of the transmission belt is tilted, the transmission wheel of the friction spindle group will slip, causing its speed to decrease.
2. Tension of the transmission belt. If the tension of the transmission belt is low, the rotation speed of the friction spindle group will decrease, causing uneven curling of the deformed yarn and abnormal dyeing. However, if the tension is too high, the wear of the transmission belt and transmission components will be accelerated. Therefore, the transmission belt must maintain appropriate tension.
Usually, the tensioning of the tension wheel is based on 1m on both sides of the transmission belt, and the elongation is about 1.8%. During continuous operation, the transmission cassette will be stretched, so regular inspections are required. If the transmission cassette is found to be loose, the tension must be adjusted.
3 Whether there are any scars on the transmission dragon belt? Scars on the transmission dragon belt are the cause of uneven rotation speed of the spindle group and damage to the belt pulley. In serious cases, they should be replaced in time.
4 The friction deformation mechanism must promptly remove waste wire, debris, snow contamination, etc. on the spindle set to keep the friction deformation mechanism clean.
5 Check the friction disc. Check the surface of the friction disc for scratches and surface peelings.
6 Check the timing belt. Check the tension of the toothed belt. If the tension is found to be too large or too small, the belt should be adjusted or replaced in time.
2 Inspection and adjustment of the hot box
The hot box consists of three parts: hot plate, temperature control, and temperature display. First, check whether its functions are intact. The key points for regular debugging are as follows.
1 Ensure the cleanliness of the hot plate. Since POY oil and wool often contaminate the hot plate, reducing the thermal efficiency, regular cleaning is required.
2 Hot box temperature check Use the scanning temperature monitor to check the hot box temperature one by one. When using the texturing machine for the first time, use a surface thermometer to measure the board surface temperature of the hot box point by point. The temperature deviation of the first hot box is not greater than ±1°C, and the temperature deviation of the second hot box is not greater than ±2°C.
3 Debugging of roller components
1 When installed in the texturing machine, the feed roller and the output (second) roller are the most important. Rollers generally come in two types: apron type and top roller type. When installed, the axes of the upper and lower rollers must be kept completely parallel. Otherwise, due to poor holding power, uneven curling, uneven dyeing, broken ends, etc. will occur.
2 Contact pressure When the contact pressure between a pair of rollers is low, it will cause insufficient holding force. When the false twist tension changes greatly and the contact pressure is too high, it will intensify the wear between the rubber and shorten the life of the top roller or apron. life. The contact pressure is usually adjusted by adjusting the pressure of the spring.
3 Deal with worn rollers and prevent pollution. Since the upper roller is driven by the contact rotation with the metal lower roller, as the use time increases, part of the rubber is worn away, and grooves will appear on the rubber surface. Marks will result in poor grip of the filament and defects in the filament. Therefore, the rubber surface must be ground regularly. If the upper roller is found to be worn or has grooves formed during operation, it must be replaced in time. After the roller is ground several times, the diameter becomes smaller and the contact pressure needs to be readjusted. The rubber apron cannot be ground and must be replaced regularly. If there is oil, monomer and other dirt attached to the rubber, it can be wiped off with alcohol.
4 Clear the waste wire. If the top roller or apron roller continues to run after the shaft is wrapped with waste wire, it will not only cause poor rotation, but also cause local heating of the shaft and damage the bearings. Therefore, the waste must be removed in time. Silk.
4 Adjustment of wire guides
There are many types of wire guides, generally titanium, ceramic and textured metal wire guides are used. If the yarn guide is installed inconsistently, it will cause differences in the running angle, vibration and balloon state of the yarn. In addition to good wear resistance, low friction resistance, and corrosion resistance, the wire guide should also be easy to guide the wire, the wire path should not move, and the size and shape should be suitable for the control of the wire path. Choosing a suitable wire guide is a prerequisite for normal processing.
1 Pretension device In order to make the pretension of the wire drawn from the wire supply drum consistent, the pretension device needs to be adjusted. If the adjustment is not done properly, the wire supply status on the feed roller will be unstable, or the wire will be rolled onto the feed roller, or the cutter will move incorrectly, causing end breakage. Most pretensioning devices adopt the guide wire rod type, and the position of the guide screw rod can generally be adjusted to achieve different pretensions.
2. The position of the yarn guide above and below the hot box affects the curl, dyeability, elasticity, elongation and other properties of the textured yarn. This is due to the movement of the position of the yarn guide, which is equivalent to adjusting the acceleration. The position of the wire in the heater changes the contact length and contact form between the heater and the wire.
If the position of the yarn guides above and below the friction spindle group is not adjusted properly, it will cause lint, broken ends, etc., so it must be adjusted carefully.
The adjustment of the traversing yarn guide should not only make it reciprocate evenly from the center of the winding bobbin to the left and right, but also ensure that it does not come into contact with the winding roller and the winding bobbin. If the adjustment is not good, the hair or filament may not be wound on the take-up bobbin.
When the wire guide is in contact with the wire, oil, monomer, polymer powder, etc. will continue to adhere to it, often causing wear and scars. If there are any attachments, wipe them off with a cloth; if there are wear scars, grind them or replace them to prevent lint or weak wires. </p
