Foreword
In order to improve product quality, reduce end breaks, and reduce yarn defects, spinners must not only be proficient in operating techniques, but also must be familiar with mechanical performance and make machines. Owner. In the actual production process, spinners want to combine basic operations to prevent mechanical defects, mainly considering the following aspects
1. The bobbin feels thick and hard when pulling out the yarn. The rear rubber roller is not in place, the pressure fails, the rubber roller is short of oil, the roving is wound around the rear roller, the roving does not pass through the bell mouth, the roving is fed with double roots, the wire ring is too heavy, the spindle belt slips on the spindle tower, etc. If the bobbin feels loose and rotten, check the spindle for lack of oil, the wire ring is too light, the roving is defective, the spindle belt is loose or slips out of the spindle plate, there is too much yarn on the spindle or in the bobbin, etc.
2. When looking for the end, you can see feathers on the inclined surface of the bobbin. Check whether the steel ring is rough and floating, the wire ring is used incorrectly or worn, the spindle is crooked, the steel plate is lifted, and the yarn strip is Jumping out of the collector, the cleaner fails, the gauze plate is rough, etc.
3. When drawing the yarn, you can see that the yarn strips are unevenly dried and slubbed. Check whether the bell mouth of the drafting part is blocked or skewed, and the yarn strips touch the rubber ring frame. The collector is damaged, accumulated flowers, flying flowers are included in it, yarn strips jump out of the collector, flowers accumulate on the lower apron, apron is cracked, deformed, flying particles are included in the apron, apron is deformed, shakes, there is no apron, roller shakes and roving Bad etc. The lower rubber ring is deviated, missing, damaged, deformed, the nylon plug is installed backwards, missing, used incorrectly, the tension plate is deformed, blocked, does not fall into the groove, the rubber roller is shelled, etc.
4. When lifting the yarn, it should feel tight. Check whether the spindle is skewed, shaking its head, the steel collar is floating, rough, the wire ring is worn out, the yarn guide hook and the yarn guide plate are not correct, and they should be cleaned. The device touches the wire ring, the gauze plate is rough, etc.
5. Track and inspect various broken ends during jointing. If the wire ring is found to have flowers, check the cleaner failure, etc.; if the head is found to be floating, check the flute tube for hairy eyes and channel obstruction; if convex yarn is found, check the sheep’s feet for blockage, and the ring plate is beat, etc.; if the bobbin is found, check the spindle or The bobbin is defective, there is yarn waste on the spindle, etc.; if the whole yarn is poorly formed, check the supporting head and teeth to turn over. </p
