2. Prevent joint defects

The flying yarn waste is not attached to the yarn sliver, and the winding roller and rubber roller must be interrupted and cleaned. Do not use joints with oily hands (such as spindle reels, wiping roller necks, twisting roller seats, rubber stripping rollers, wiping steel plates, sweeping the floor, etc. Wipe your hands clean).
3. Prevent thick warp and thick weft yarns
Pull out the spindle and coil the roving tail , to prevent double rovings from being fed.
4. Anti-tight twisting and de-weft yarn
It is strictly prohibited to operate with one hand and carry the yarn with one hand.
5. Prevent cleaning work defects
Be aware of them with both hands and eyes, and resolutely perform cleaning operations According to the law, flying flowers are strictly prohibited from attaching to the yarn strips and causing yarn defects.
To prevent sudden yarn defects, we must strictly control four levels
1. Flat wipe the car Close

2. Process refurbishment
