The project is listed as the “Key Industrial Project of Fujian Province in 2020”, covering an area of approximately 562 acres, with an estimated total investment of 3 billion.
“The first phase of the project construction has a total of 10 factories, 1 administrative building and 1 canteen. It is understood that the emerging textile production project will build production workshops, warehouses, office buildings, canteens, dormitories, sports venues, landscape lakes, The sewage treatment system and other supporting facilities have a total construction area of approximately 580,000 square meters. The total construction scale of the project is to produce more than 20,000 tons of various textiles per year, and will be constructed in two phases. The first phase covers an area of 240 acres, with a planned factory area of 240,000 square meters. It will build a production line with an annual output of more than 5,000 tons of various textiles. It is planned to be completed in 2021 It will be completed and put into operation in the second half of the year; the second phase covers an area of 322 acres, mainly building production lines with an annual output of more than 15,000 tons of various textiles and introducing a series of emerging high-end textile industry chain enterprises. Construction is planned to start in 2022.
After completion, the project can provide more than 3,000 jobs, achieve an annual output value of more than 1.8 billion yuan, and pay an annual tax of more than 100 million yuan.
