Notes on Oxford cloth coating: No matter what kind of coating, the coating equipment and principles are similar, but the following points should be paid attention to during the coating operation:
(1) Adjust the appropriate fabric feeding tension. Make the coating smooth and avoid shrinkage, wrinkles, ruffles, etc.
(2) The left, middle and right pressure of the coating knife should be consistent to make the coating layer uniform .
(3) Correctly control the air volume, drying temperature and baking temperature to prevent the appearance of pinholes or incomplete solvent evaporation.
(4) Coil the coated product well to prevent defects or wrinkles in the center of the roll. </p
