Cationic fabric is a full polyester fabric. Generally, cationic yarn is used in the warp direction, and ordinary polyester yarn is used in the weft direction. However, in order to achieve a better linen-like effect, polyester and cationic fibers are blended. Cations are resistant to high temperatures, so during the yarn dyeing process, other yarns will be dyed, but the cationic yarn will not be dyed. In this case, the dyed yarn will show a two-color effect.
Cationic processing technology: the white fabric is made from relaxation, refining, alkali reduction, dyeing, soft shaping, coating, waterproofing, etc. It has the characteristics of soft hand feel, not easy to fade, anti-wrinkle and wear-resistant.
This cationic fabric is not 300D Oxford cloth, but 300D imitation linen. It has some chemical properties, such as resistance to corrosion, dilute alkali, bleach, oxidants, hydrocarbons, ketones, petroleum products and inorganic acids, and also has some physical properties, such as resistance to ultraviolet rays.
