Weft insertion mechanism (nozzle)
The structure of the nozzle is shown in Figure 3-4.
The specifications of the nozzle include the diameter of the spray needle and the nozzle (inner hole). At present, the commonly used specifications are 1.4, 1.6, 1.8, and 2.0 for spray needles and 2.1, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, and 2.8 for nozzles. The relationship between the type of fabric and the diameter of the spray needle and nozzle is shown in Table 3-1.
