Shishi holds energy management and control training for printing and dyeing enterprises

On the afternoon of August 4th, hosted by the Shishi Industrial Information and Technology Bureau, the Shishi Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China Talent Office, and the Shishi Federation of Trade Unions, Quanzhou Dyeing Cleaner Production Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance (Shishi Xinsheng Dyeing and Finishing Cleaner Production Technology Service Center), Shishi Technological Innovation Association, Shishi Textile and Garment Industry Alliance, Shishi Dyeing and Finishing Industry Association The Energy Management and Control Training for Printing and Dyeing Enterprises was held in the lecture hall of the Party School of the Shishi Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China. It was organized by Quanzhou Dyeing and Finishing Clean Production Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance, Shishi Science and Technology Innovation Association, Shishi Dyeing More than 60 people, including relevant persons in charge of the Decorative Industry Association, persons in charge of dyeing and finishing enterprises in Shishi City, energy accountants, and energy managers, participated in the training.

This training aims to strengthen the energy management level of enterprises, help enterprises do a good job in energy management, and reduce waste. It is divided into three stages: First, business training on writing energy-saving reports is conducted in the form of videos. Then Yang Aimin of Guangzhou Hongyu Ecological Technology Co., Ltd. was invited to systematically elaborate on “Energy Control and Green and Low-Carbon Development of Printing and Dyeing Enterprises” from the aspects of energy management and control, energy saving methods, carbon emissions, and carbon footprint. Yang Aimin introduced that as far as the current situation is concerned, whether it is cost reduction or energy saving and emission reduction requirements, steam saving is the first choice for energy saving work of printing and dyeing enterprises. Among them, saving steam includes four aspects: insulation of steam pipes and valves, management of steam traps, partial pressure supply of steam, and waste heat recovery. Finally, experts were invited to provide one-on-one services to companies such as Huabao Group, Xinxianghua, Shenghuang, Dingsheng, Gangyi, Qingyuan, and provide on-site guidance on how to improve energy management.
