19 textile majors passed the “Engineering Education Certification”
The China Textile and Clothing Education Society recently released a list of textile majors that have passed the “Engineering Education Certification”. As of the end of 2021, a total of 288 general colleges and universities across the country have passed engineering education certification for 1,977 majors, including 19 textile majors.
Engineering education certification is an important prerequisite for the implementation of the international mutual recognition system for engineering degrees and engineers. It aims to provide preparatory education for relevant engineering technologytalents to enter the industryQualityGuaranteed. The list of 19 textile majors is: Tianjin University of Technology, Inner Mongolia University of Technology, Donghua University, Suzhou University, Jiangnan University, Nantong University, Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, Shaoxing University of Arts and Sciences, Anhui Engineering University, Qingdao University, Zhongyuan Institute of Technology, Wuhan Textile engineering majors in 13 ordinary colleges and universities including Textile University and Xi’an Polytechnic University; fashion design and engineering majors in 5 ordinary colleges and universities, Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology, Donghua University, Shanghai University of Engineering and Technology, Suzhou University, and Zhejiang Sci-Tech University; Nantong University Nonwoven materials and engineering major in 1 general institution of higher learning.
