As of today, the purchase price of seed cotton in southern Xinjiang is 6.40 yuan/kg for seed cotton with 42-44% clothing content, 6.20 yuan/kg for 40-42% clothing content, and 6.20 yuan/kg for 38-40% clothing content. The price is quoted at 6.00 yuan/kg.
The futures are volatile, and the purchasing and storage conditions are high. Spot sales of lint cotton in southern Xinjiang are not smooth, and lint sales are still mostly done online. Another thing that is incomprehensible to companies is that as of now, almost no mainland textile factories and dealers have come to request goods, and few even call to inquire about prices. It is understood that as of today, the quotation price of hand-picked lint cotton in southern Xinjiang is 13,300-13,600 yuan/ton (gross weight, with invoice, delivery), and individual companies have reported 13,700 yuan/ton, with the highest quoted price being 13,800 yuan/ton.

As the purchase of seed cotton comes to an end, cottonseed resources are gradually decreasing, and downstream procurement enthusiasm is high. Cottonseed will still maintain a strong pattern. As of today, the price of bare cottonseed in Kashgar City is 0.975 yuan/jin, and wool cottonseed is out of stock; the price of wool cottonseed in Kuitun, Urumqi, Jichang, and Aksu is 0.97 yuan/jin, and the price of bare cottonseed is 0.975 yuan/jin; in Shihezi, hairy cottonseed and bare cottonseed are 0.975 yuan/jin.
