The rough cooling tower equipment specifications are φ3720/φ3832*20635mm, with a total weight of 35.8 tons. Due to the high manufacturing precision of the equipment and strict installation requirements, this hoisting adopts An 80-ton truck crane is used in conjunction with a 320-ton crawler crane for hoisting. Professional and technical personnel track the entire process from equipment arrival to site unloading, basic transportation and safety, crane selection and station selection, and construction plan preparation.

Project Overview

Shaanxi Yulin Energy Group Co., Ltd. produces 1.2 million tons/year of ethylene dioxide from coal The first phase of the 400,000 tons/year ethylene glycol start-up project is a start-up project of Yuneng Group Company in the coal-based clean fuel base and high-end chemical materials base in Qingshui Industrial Park, Yushen Industrial Zone. The total planned area is 1,711 acres. The project is expected to invest 6.243 billion yuan, with an environmental protection investment of 532.6274 million yuan. The construction period will be 30 months. It is planned to be completed and put into operation in June 2022.

The first phase of Yulin Energy’s 400,000 tons/year ethylene glycol project uses mixed coal as raw material and uses Colin’s pulverized coal gasification to produce crude syngas. The crude syngas is divided into two streams after conversion. After one stream of crude syngas undergoes heat recovery, it is sent to low-temperature methanol to elute the sulfur and CO2 impurities. The purified syngas is cryogenically separated to obtain the CO product, which is used for ethylene dioxide. The alcohol unit is used, and the hydrogen-rich gas separated by cryogenics is sent to the pressure swing adsorption device to extract H2; the other crude synthesis gas undergoes two-stage isothermal transformation, and is sent to low-temperature methanol to elute the sulfur and CO2 impurities, and then separated from the cryogenics The rich hydrogen gas enters PSA-H2 together to obtain H2 product for use in the ethylene glycol unit. Ethylene glycol is synthesized by Zhongke Far East Technology. Using CO as raw material, dimethyl oxalate (DMO) is synthesized through oxidative coupling reaction, and dimethyl oxalate is further hydrogenated to synthesize ethylene glycol

The project construction includes a coal gasification device , purification device, H2/CO separation device, ethylene glycol device, etc. Public works and supporting auxiliary facilities include: 3×350t/h high-temperature and high-pressure circulating fluidized bed boiler + 2×30MW pump-back steam turbine generator unit, air separation unit, circulating water station, desalted water station, storage and transportation facilities, and sewage treatment Stand and wait.
