The latest list of “Technology Reform Enterprises” and “Double Hundred Enterprises” for state-owned enterprise reform has been announced
The website of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council today announced the latest list of “Technology Reform Enterprises” and “Double Hundred Enterprises”. After this expansion, the total number of “scientific reform enterprises” has reached 672, and the total number of “Double Hundred Enterprises” has reached 580.
The “Science and Technology Reform Action” and “Double Hundred Action” are special actions for the reform of state-owned enterprises organized by the State-owned Enterprise Reform Leading Group of the State Council. In 2020, the “Science and Technology Reform Action” was implemented to support and guide state-owned science and technology enterprises to achieve new breakthroughs in market-oriented reforms and enhance independent innovation capabilities. In August 2018, the “Double Hundred Action” for the reform of state-owned enterprises was officially launched. More than 100 subsidiaries of central enterprises and more than 100 key local state-owned enterprises were selected to actively explore and innovate to promote comprehensive reforms and create a group of “reform pioneers”. Since the implementation of the two actions, relevant enterprises have delivered outstanding “report cards” in terms of technological innovation, market-oriented reform, and operating efficiency.
Among them, companies from the textile industry include Qingdao HongdaTextile Machinery Co., Ltd., Jilin Carbon Valley Fiber Co., Ltd., Shanxi Gangke Carbon Materials Co., Ltd., Zhonglan Chenguang Chemical Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd., Changzhou Fangxing Precision Machinery Co., Ltd., Yantai TaiheNew Materials Co., Ltd., etc., as well as China Silk Group Co., Ltd., Tianfang Standard Testing and Certification Co., Ltd., Jilin Chemical Fiber Group Co., Ltd., Zhongfu ShenyingCarbon Fiber Co., Ltd., Nanjing Jihua 3521Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., Oriental International Venture Co., Ltd., and Double Star Group Co., Ltd. were selected into the latest “Science and Technology Reform Enterprises” and “Double Hundred Enterprises” lists respectively.
