With the release of a series of special preferential policy dividends implemented by the state and autonomous regions such as social security subsidies, freight subsidies, preferential electricity prices, pre-job training and new employment subsidies, value-added tax refunds, loan discounts, etc., the Textile City has truly ushered in great development and entered the Fast lane. In 2019, a scale of 3 million spinning spindles, 3,000 looms, 40 million pieces (sets) of clothing and home textiles, 20,000 tons of bulk fiber and 10,000 tons of package yarn dyeing has been formed. The entire industrial chain of the textile and clothing industry has initially taken shape in the region.

Based on the advantages of Xinjiang’s cotton resources, we will give full play to the leading role of leading enterprises, promote quality improvement from the source, focus on extending and strengthening the chain, and effectively make the textile and garment industry bigger and stronger, and better utilize the regional cotton resources and industry in the country. It plays an important role in the overall economic situation, consolidates the industrial foundation, improves the level of development, and moves toward the 100-billion-level textile and clothing industrial cluster.

After ten years of glorious development, 83 textile and garment companies have settled in Aksu Textile Industrial City (Development Zone), and the entire industry has created employment for 21,000 people. In 2021, the total industrial output value will be 14.18 billion yuan, an increase of 5.5 times compared with 2012. ; The industrial added value was 2.49 billion yuan, an increase of 4.4 times compared with 2012.
