Modify the liquid level controller to solve the problem of oil shortage and oil leakage

A few years ago, our factory purchased four 1000-type texturing machines from Wuxi Hongyuan. The machines were running well, but the oiling system was always abnormal and the oil tank was not Lack of oil means the oil level is too high. We disassembled several parts of the oiling system and analyzed and found that the problem was concentrated on the liquid level controller. This is a small lever-type float valve system. Because its rubber sealing block is not resistant to oil, it will swell when it comes into contact with oil for a long time, resulting in no sealing effect.

After many tests, we changed it to a top-bar float system, which is entirely composed of stainless steel, with excellent results. The float floats up and down with the height of the liquid level, driving the ejector rod to lift or lower the steel ball to control the opening and closing of the oil inlet. Since all control parts are made of stainless steel, there is no issue with the oil resistance of the material. Moreover, this control method has high precision and good sensitivity, and can control the liquid level well. The oil tank liquid level is adjusted by the adjusting bracket.

In addition, pay attention to the following points: the surface roughness of the sealing steel ball and the cone angle of the oil inlet should be 0.75 to ensure a good seal; the floating ball should be made of stainless steel hollow ball or oil-resistant The diameter of the hard plastic ball should be more than 130 mm; this control method requires that the hydraulic pressure should not be too high, otherwise it will be difficult to control; if it is a centralized oil supply, the attached oil tank that comes with the original machine must be used. After the above improvements, the phenomenon of oil shortage or oil leakage has been completely solved. Production consumption has been reduced, and the workshop site has become tidier.

Adjust the thickness of the polyester disc to increase the processing speed

The French ICBFTTF-12E3 texturing equipment introduced by our factory uses ordinary 6 mm polyurethane discs. There are common shortcomings of low processing speed and short service life. After analysis, we carried out a series of modifications on the original equipment and achieved good results.

We first changed the specifications and dimensions of the false twister spacer, keeping the thickness of the spacer unchanged, and changing the height from 13.5 mm to 19.5 mm; and changed the polyurethane disk to a thickness of 9 mm, the diameter is 46.5 mm, and the inner diameter is 6 mm. At the same time, it is equipped with a special threading fork.

Before the equipment modification, the false twist tension was relatively stable when the post-processing speed and draw ratio were low when using 6 mm polyurethane discs. When the processing speed is 700 m/min and the draw ratio is around 1.75, the DTY product quality and production conditions are good; but when the processing speed is 750 m/min and the draw ratio is around 1.8, the false twist tension is unstable , the fluctuation is large, not only the tight spots and stiff wires increase greatly, but also the production process is extremely unstable, frequent breakage, and even shortens the service life of the polyurethane disc. According to statistics, when the processing speed is 700 m/min and the stretch ratio is 1.75, the service life of the polyurethane disc is 10 to 12 months on average; when the processing speed is 750 m/min and the stretch ratio is 1.8, the polyurethane disc uses The average life span is 7 to 8 months. After the transformation, the processing speed can be increased while ensuring product quality. According to statistics, the processing speed after the transformation can be increased by 7% to 10%, and the service life is extended from 10 to 12 months when using a 6 mm disk to 14 to 18 months.

Improve the spinning rod to prevent the thread from escaping

There are always threads in the three BarmagFK6-12V machines in our factory The phenomenon of yarn jumping out of the anti-twist wheel, and as time goes by, the vibration of equipment operation increases, and the phenomenon of yarn escaping becomes more and more serious. It is often difficult for the operator to find the yarn after it jumps out of the twist stop wheel, so the operator continues to complete the threading action and finally closes the hot box door. This has two consequences: first, the filament is cut off by the hot box door, causing end breakage. The broken filament end is not clamped by the anti-twist wheel, and can easily break the filament in the adjacent spindle position; second, the filament is broken. The strip was not broken and was caught by the door to continue production.

In view of the above phenomenon, in addition to strengthening the standardized management of operators, we also require operators to go to the maintenance platform to check and dial in the wire in time after each birth. Anti-twist wheel, additionally, set the anti-twist wheel approximately 1 mm out of its base. The effect of this adjustment is obvious, but it changes the running trajectory of the yarn and exerts additional lateral thrust on the yarn at the clamping point of the anti-twist wheel, which has a negative impact on the strong extension of the yarn. Moreover, because the anti-twist wheel bearing is not Pushed into place, the anti-twist wheel may fly out during rotation.

After analysis, we only need to remove the inner isolation piece of the guide wire porcelain and re-fix it with an M5 bolt so that the guide wire porcelain is close to the outside of the support. After the threading rods were modified, the three V-shaped machines no longer threaded and stopped the twisting wheel, ensuring the normal production and greatly reducing the labor intensity of the operators. </p
