Swedish fast fashion giant H&M and Berlin-based wearable technology solution provider Boltware recently jointly developed a smart denim jacket called “Wearable Love”.

What’s amazing about it is that it can simulate the feeling of touching or hugging between people. “Wearable Love” has flexible sensors and tactile elements embedded in its shoulders.

The wearer downloads the Wearable Love app on their phone and connects the sensor via Bluetooth. Then create a profile on the app and invite friends or loved ones via the Love Last Week List.

After the association is successful, the invitee can remotely create a touch pattern on the app and send it to the wearer. The signal will be transmitted to the jacket, as if tapping a friend on the shoulder. Tell him someone is missing him.

Each “Wearable Love” jacket has a rounded Wearable Boltware that includes a touch and a base, which is ” The heart and brains of Wearable’s Love” jacket last week. Its touch sensor is removable and can be charged via a wireless charger, giving it two weeks of use on a full charge, while the base is integrated with clothing. Touchers can also be installed on different garments.

“Wearable Love” is considered a new invention to deal with social isolation during the epidemic. Other brands are using wearable technology to enhance emotional connections between people. For example, the American casual denim brand Levi’s and Google officially cooperated to launch the Jacquard jacket in 2018.

It weaves high-tech conductive fibers into the fabric to form a cloth-covered digital control platform that can synchronize mobile devices and answer calls, messages or playback by tapping the wrist music.

Danish fashion casual brand Ganni and Levi’s recently jointly released the “Love Letters” denim series, which is a series of rentals only. Denim clothing is embedded with communication technology chips that can be connected to a mobile phone to view the history of the clothing and the details of the previous renters. </p
