Shenzhen’s first apparel industry digital transformation promotion center was unveiled in Longhua

On April 26, the unveiling ceremony of the Garment Industry Digital Transformation Promotion Center was held at the Dalang Fashion Town Public Service Platform. At the unveiling ceremony, representatives of three fashion companies, Yingling Zhishang, Masfiel, and Meiyi Youpin, shared the results of their digital transformation. Chen Hong, Operations Director of Yingling Zhishang Smart Factory, introduced Yingling Zhishang’s smart production line through a live broadcast. The construction of the smart production line has increased the efficiency of single process distribution by 90%. Combining the APS, MES and clothing of the smart production line The hanging system avoids production congestion to the greatest extent. Masfiel has joined hands with Huawei Cloud to carry out digital transformation actions such as smart invoice and tax cloud platform, electronic signature construction, and enterprise self-developed management platform ODS data migration to the cloud. Nearly 300 offline stores have improved invoicing efficiency by 60%. Meiyi Youpin demonstrated a one-stop digital travel management platform built on Huawei Cloud AI and big data analysis technology, which reduces travel-related financial work by 75%.

The scene also witnessed the Longhua District Key Area Construction Promotion Center signing contracts with Wuhan Genxing Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Dismanling Clothing Co., Ltd. The two parties will cooperate for win-win results, share resources, and empower each other. At the same time, Dalang (Huawei) Fashion Industry Digital Innovation Center has worked with 10 fashion companies including Shenzhen Huizhou Business Management Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Masfiorm Clothing Co., Ltd. on intelligent data analysis projects, digital travel projects, and customer operations.
