March 15-17, 2023, the fifth plenary meeting of the eighth council of China Textile Machinery Association and Science and Technology China Textile Machinery The industry development forum was held in Xinchang, Zhejiang. Nearly 200 experts, scholars, directors, executive directors of China Textile Machinery Association and representatives of key enterprises from all over the country attended the meeting and had in-depth exchanges and discussions on the intelligent manufacturing and upgrading of textile machinery under the guidance of new generation information technology.

During the conference, the “Huichuan Cup” Textile Intelligent Student Design Grand Prix and “Henda Cup” Textile Intelligent Design Grand Prix award ceremonies were also held.
On the afternoon of the 16th, at Science and Technology China﹒ At the Textile Machinery Industry Development Forum, Yu Kun, Director of the Textile Division of the Department of Consumer Goods Industry of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, delivered a speech.
Mao Guanglie, member of the National Intelligent Manufacturing Expert Committee and director of the Zhejiang Provincial Intelligent Manufacturing Expert Committee, gave a keynote report on the “Zhejiang Plan” to systematically solve the digital transformation problems of small and medium-sized enterprises.
Zhu Xianmin, member of the National Intelligent Manufacturing Expert Committee and senior advisor to the China Textile Machinery Association, reviewed the activities of intelligent manufacturing in the textile industry entering the park.
Subsequently, the heads of three companies from Advantech, Century Hijia, and Rifa Textile Machinery introduced the development of textile machinery technology and the practical experience of the companies.
On the morning of March 17, leaders and business representatives who participated in this meeting visited Rifa Textile Machinery and Yuanxin Industry for visits and exchanges.
