In order to actively respond to the shortage of textile raw materials in Cambodia due to the COVID-19 epidemic and make every effort to ensure the timely delivery of raw materials transported by China to the factory, Cambodian customs at all levels have opened green channels for the transportation of relevant materials and accelerated the transportation of textile raw materials in accordance with the principle of special handling. A number of convenient measures are provided for import and customs clearance procedures:
1. Companies that meet the conditions can go through relevant procedures in advance before the goods arrive, without having to declare according to the original process.
2. Coordinate customs approval documents and cargo transportation procedures to the special economic zone as quickly as possible.
3. If practitioners make mistakes or lack of materials during the procedures, they can complete the supplement within 15 days.
4. Except for goods that pose risks to social security, green channels are provided for related goods and are processed with priority without queuing.
5. Strengthen cooperation with relevant departments such as special economic zones, ports, and airports to ensure the provision of convenient, fast and efficient services.
