Most dyeing factories on the market also set their holiday time based on thermal power plants, but there are relatively few early notices from thermal power plants. However, once the thermal power plant determines the shutdown time, it will inevitably mean that multiple dyeing factories will suspend production and take holidays at the same time.

Most of the holiday notices from individual dyeing factories that appeared on the market in the early days are during the holidays. Around January 28, which is about 15 days before normal. However, the recent shutdown time announced by Shengze Thermal Power Plant is four days later than this time point, and there is no early holiday as expected.
The shutdown time is later than in previous years, which may be a response to the current order situation of printing and dyeing factories. Anyone who has been to a dyeing factory recently knows that the current dyeing factory may be the busiest period since 2020. In order to make up for the loss of orders due to the epidemic in 2020, all printing and dyeing factories worked overtime during the peak season at the end of the year to maximize their time to seize production. Naturally, the thermal power plant will not shut down steam significantly early during such a peak order season, and even postponed the shutdown time slightly to support the production of dyeing plants.
However, the shutdown time of the thermal power plant can only be regarded as a deadline. The printing and dyeing factory can only stop production and take a holiday before February 1, but it does not mean that the dyeing factory must produce until February 1. January 1st. At the same time, based on the current loss of printing and dyeing workers returning home, most printing and dyeing factories may not be able to survive by the end of January.

Another dyeing factory has the same situation. Many machines and equipment in the printing and dyeing factory are operated by one person.
